Although my first appt took longer then I thought. He's a good doctor. Repeats himself tho. But gave me meds that I know will work. Thank god i found this dr

Showed up early for paper work as requested. Then waited for an additional hour with absolutely no communication or regard to my appointment time. Literally a complete waste of time. If doctors want their time respected they should do the same in return. Not one person in the office came out for an hour and a half to explain what the wait was or to make sure it was ok with my schedule. They clearly have no common curtesy or respect for their patients.

I made an appointment with these.. shameful jokes as “doctors” to fill out about a 20 page booklet with all my personal & medical history, then made a new appointment for about a week and a half later to see the doctor to seek out what a good mental treatment options would be best for me. I go to show up for my appointment 20 minutes early, long story short, well over an hour, the man at the front desk, I believe his name is John, told me that they had LOST all my medical and personal information that I had left them with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & ENERGY. these people do NOT care for your personal mental health what so ever. I could only imagine how awful the doctor would’ve treated me seeing what kind of staff he hired for the front of the office. Oh and also, I have been trying to speak to an office manager for about a week & it’s either straight to voicemail (which, obviously you can’t leave a voicemail cause their voice mail box if full) OR, they’re not in. This office is a JOKE.

He was rude and basically didn’t care, I’m mute and I had paper with me and a pen to write. I’ve gone to many appointments alone and have handled them on my own perfectly fine. He kept asking me why I don’t talk, even after I wrote that I’m mute. I was there for maybe 5 minutes and he told me to comeback with someone, but I know I can handle things fine and communicate in a different way on my own, he just simply didn’t let me. Finding a new place.

Dr. Zarski does not listen at all. He loves to tell personal stories about himself but will not discuss medications or mental health even if you bring it up. He just changes the subject back to himself. He told me several times that I should just be happy because the sun is shining and I'm young. That was his only response whenever i complained that my medications weren't working. His inability to listen and lack of concern very nearly cost me my life. He seems like a nice person but he is an awful psychiatrist. For the sake of your wellbeing, definitely avoid going here.
