Refresh Dental

So, I have a lot of negative to say. My first appointment with Warren refresh was greeted by a tech that couldn't even place the first mouth piece in my mouth for x-rays. I had to ask the seasoned tech to take over after the first one took 20 min to be placed. I went over a treatment plan with a dentist. And than that dentist left but the next dentist I saw clearly hadn't looked at anything in my record, from my plan to my current medical issues either or my financial issues. Also they messed up my x-rays and didn't get what they needed. When I asked if I should make an appointment i was told to just walk in.. so i did 2-3 weeks later where I walked in and was scolded for doing so. Apparently there policy had changed and I was never notified so i just showed up and was ridiculed for doing so.. I tried to confirm/cancel an appointment. I called 6 times the day before my appointment and never got through. I left 2 messages which were apparently ignored because the next day I got a message saying I never confirmed or canceled the appointment. Which I obviously tried to do and they never clearly checked there messages. When I tried to make an appointment for a broken tooth that was being painful on my tongue their first available was 18 days later and while putting me on the canceled list clearly didn't care I was in pain. So I found another dentist that could see me the next day. This was the worst dental experience of my life and it was over several months. I don't recommend refresh dental at all.

One of the dirtiest dentist offices I’ve ever been to! My dental chair was all ripped up and torn , and some of the instruments had rust on the edges. All they wanted from me was $$$ and wasted my time at 2 separate appointments and did nothing to help me. Even a simple cleaning turned into a money maker for them... oh you need a deep cleaning instead of a normal clean that will be $250 due today. But wasn’t mentioned at my appointment the day before?? And they thankfully never even cleaned my teeth! They are useless! Not to mention that their equipment was broke both days so they say, and I waited for 1 hour after my appointment just to be seen. And only because they are u organized. This office is a JOKE!!! I would never ever recommend it to anyone!

Very nice staff! The hygienist was amazing and gentle while doing my x-rays. Dr. Khoury was extremely knowledgeable and provided info no other Dentist has ever told me. Being my first visit with him, I was very happy to learn this new info. It explained a lot of things I’ve questioned in the past. Great experience from the reception desk to the exam and check out. Highly recommend this place!

A friend of mine recently came here to get his tooth pulled. They wouldn't pull his tooth instead they lied to him and claimed he had Gum Disease and wanted to charge him money to repeatedly come back for Dental work. I took him some where differently to get a second Opinion and he does not have Gum Disease. We were warned that this location Does shady practice and lie to people to get money. Won't be coming here again
