Destiny Dental - Warren

A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT ALL PATIENTS ARE TREATED THE SAME!!!!nI Went here because I had to get a tooth pulled (unfortunately I don't have dental insurance) well just so happened there was a guy there getting one of his pulled as well (he had dental insurance) He was in the room across from me. There is no doors so I could hear everything they were saying to him. For him they were very thorough in explaining the whole process of what they were going to do from start to finish. BUT for me it was just they came in told me lay back and said this might hurt a little which it hurt a lot. The guy even chuckled when I whimpered out loud in pain from him pulling the tooth out. Once that was done a lady handed me a few pieces of gauze and said it was for the bleeding and sent me on my way. No follow up was done. Didn't even say I could call them if I had any questions or concerns. I was in so much pain once the medicine wore off and it was my sister who told me I was supposed to keep the gauze in the place where my tooth was pulled. Once I did that some of the pain went away. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE THIS DONE AND WAS TREATED SO POORLY!!! I wouldn't recommend this place for my dog!!!!

This place is and was fantastic. I was so nervous my first visit, and the tooth extraction went amazing. I have to call them this week and I’m terrified to go, but they were so great last time I know I should be fine. Especially because everyone from the front desk thru were amazing. Plus they let me take a picture of my extraction lol it was a tooth that had been chipping away for years.

I hate coming here. I was there recently for a wisdom tooth extraction and the dr who serviced me was NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!!! I told him I was in a lot of pain and he ignored everything and just gave me a filling and a cleaning. He referred me to someone else and those people don’t take my insurance. If you go here, be ready to continue to have your pain and be ready to have your time wasted

Roxy the office manager was great very friendly very knowledgeable. She helped my husband get into the Warren office quickly while this virus is going around. The whole staff was so wonderful. The dentist is so caring. I can't say enough good things about the Warren location.

Hello, everyone please read this reviews and please again. This people don’t have any quality, uneducated, unprofessional no manner. They don’t care about your times .Very 1st time with them, me and my husband went for a cleaning, as usual when you go for one need to be done. They always expect you 10 more things done before your one needs, so they want me to go for filling first the the cleaning, I told them I need cleaning first cause I have an other dr appt up coming for my braces they did not lessen again as usual they want you to go there clinic as many times they can so they get the money out of your insurance. My 1st day they did feelings on my one of teeth n next visit I schedule for my cleaning by this time they said they will get some feed back from insurance company, they promise that the insurance will feed back before my Next appt, ok I made my next appt with them on 13 November, as usual I don’t trust them so I called three time before my appt that I need cleaning on 13 November not feelings they said ok how ever you like it n they Confirm my appt ok . So I went today as usual went inside a nurse came n asked how I like my Cleaning treatment to start I told her They way I want than she said dr will be there shortly ok I waited dr came n stated talking about feeling I said wait a second I am not here for feelings I am here for cleaning, then he said oh ok so we are gonna get ready for cleaning he asked me some questions and I told him how I want it, he want inside n a receptionist came to n said oh I am sorry we did not get thing from your insurance What we need, I said how did you confirm my appt, I started arguing with here, you know it’s there business to hold people n get money out of there insurance, it they are plan to call you back over n over they don’t have any quality. Unprofessional. Please don’t go then them they will never make your need fulfill until they pocket full. It’s all about money. They don’t care about you, your time, your Patient All they want money please save your time and fine a better place to go I know it hard at this moment but take your time you will get it.nThank you for your time to reading my message
