There’s a guy named DJ there I’ve never met him before but he treated me like his own neighbor. He’s awesome and there should be more people like him. Was running late for work one day and left my wallet at home in a rush and he covered my drink out of his own pocket. People like him are what make businesses successful. Real people with real customer care. Thanks again man
Hadn’t been to Biggby before. They were very patient with me. They were so inviting and happy!! They made suggestions for me. Ended up getting the sweet potato latte. IT WAS AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back for the great coffee and the friendly excellent staff!!nnThank you a great experience
I love the staff, they’re all kind and care for each customer. They answer any question thrown at them and make a point to remember the usuals. The drinks are amazing, the store is very cute, I always enjoy going inside for a chat. I recommend for anyone who loves coffee or tea and someone to chat to.
I missed my BIGGBY. (moved away). The gal working the counter was awesome and fun and terrific and professional. A+ Would recommend.
I've found a new great coffee place. I just wish they were open earlier. Oh well we always have the weekends.
