Definitely one of the best experiences!! The girl who took my order, Nicole, was so sweet!! She was so good at her job and made sure my order was right! I’ve never had anyone so nice over the speaker at any fast food place. Definitely deserves a raise!

Very inconsistent quality of food and randomly closes seemingly when they feel like closing. Theyve had cones up the last couple days as well seemingly closed, not entirely sure if it is staffing issues or something else.

Stay away from this place at night the staff are younger kids that have no customer service and have lack of respect for the elderly. We had problems with our order and were laughed at by the staff 2 younger african american males and 1 middle eastern looking girl were making a mockery of us. Stay away at night. Dayshift no problems with staff. food great fresh on both shifts

Placed curbside order, arrived and waited 15-20 minutes in the parking space, after checking in. The app said it wouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. Since dining room was closed, we eventually drove to drive thru and was told to pull up to the window. Was completely ignored for 5 minutes while they walked past the window, no greeting, no eye contact, no updates. After another 5 minutes (this is an awkwardly long time to sit at a drive thru window) someone asked what my order was? At the same time someone yells “found it!” and a third worker hands me a bag, without saying a word. I mean I don’t demand or expect much from fast food, but maybe “sorry about the wait” after all that seems like a very minimal expectation. Brought the food home and everything was over fried and/or just thrown together. Honestly just mind boggling this even happened. Thank goodness this isn’t the only McDonald’s in the area! Owners or upper management of this location should really consider some training in common courtesy.
