The quality of service has gone down at this McDonalds. It used to be great but in the last two weeks they’ve gave us the wrong amount of change and now completely messed up my order. Never used to be like this. I’m avoiding this place from now on, 12 and Callahan location has the same franchise owners but the employees there are more competent.

Always impressed with the speed, and quality. Best McDonald's in the area by far. Kudos to the staff for being so consistent, and proficient at their job.

We waited 15 minutes just to take our order. We asked for fresh food and everything was ice cold. I ended up getting food poisoning because of their food. Went back to get refund and the manager said that they can’t give refunds over $15 and then changed her policy to not giving refunds over $10. My order was $13 and my buddies order was $15. They asked for my debit card even though when we ordered they said that there machine was down and we paid with cash. The manager slammed the window in our face about 5 times within the span of about 25 minutes. I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THE MCDONALDS. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Me and my girlfriend always come here because it is our favorite McDonalds. Today we ordered a number 4 crispy Buttermilk chicken sandwich. We got home and the sandwich was chewy and full of cartilage, which is bound to happen, it’s understandable. So I called up there and was greeted by a women named Rochelle. She was very sweet and professional about the entire situation and told me to come back and they will remake it. When I got there I was greeted by Rochelle again. Not only did she tell me to apologize to my girlfriend on her behalf, but she also went and remade the whole meal entirely fresh! Props to her! And props to the entire restaurant. They are doing it right, and I personally think they all deserve more than what they get now. Especially Rochelle. Thanks again Rochelle!

The drive thru has been decent during this stupid year of lockdowns and restrictions and the inside is shutdown. It can definitely get backed up but the line moves pretty quick. Any orders I've ever had have been correct. The order ahead is the way to go however.
