Went to two McDonald's first I bought 2 Kids Meal with chocolate milk and a shamrock shake. Reach up to the window and was told they didn't have no chocolate milk and if I can pull up and they would bring my shake. I sit their for ten minutes. A guy came out and said they don't have Shamrock shake if I want another kind. I said no and he went back inside and came back with the money for the shake. Stood their for 20 minutes and didn't get all that I ordered. Went to another McDonald's to get a shamrock shake waited 20 minutes in line. When I reach to the order box they told me they didn't have any also disappointed again.

It was a hot and quick. They almost forgot our drinks but we caught it before pulling off. But that's every fast food you have to check your order.

Ordered A large iced caramel macchiato which but what I received was A large hot caramel macchiato, when I brought it to the attention of the drive-through associate he put ice in my cup and told me to have a good day. I handed the drink back to the associate as he questioned what the problem was. I explained that the drink I received was not what I ordered if I wanted a hot coffee with ice I would’ve asked for such. Ended up speaking with a manager AND requesting a refund just to get my drink made correctly.

Just tried to go get lunch threw the drive thru and was told they are only taking orders threw Doordash. How do you operate like that? Wonder if the owner would be ok with turning money away. Makes absolutely no sense. And their shake machine is never working on top of this.

-1 With the men preparing orders this morning! Food order was wrong, Was given 2 cups for a medium coffee that was wrong and the hot chocolate was horrible with spoiled cream on top, smh
