Kroger pharmacy for me is the best thing since sliced bread, coupled with good rx they can't be beat. Lowest priced prescriptions and wonderful pharmacists and staff. I'm blessed!

The worst pharmacy experience ever! The incompetence is alarming. The customer service staff working are rude and lazy. Andrew is the person I had contact with he was nasty and disrespectful to me. The only excuse he could come up with as why two prescriptions that were dropped off 6 days ago are not ready is he doesn't know. Every person in the line walked out with disgust. 2 hours of my time due to their mistakes and not even 1 apology. Oh and the cherry on top one of the prescriptions could only be partially filled due to not having enough which is why I waited the 6 days to begin with. So now I have to go back again to pick up the full prescription later this week. CVS is my new pharmacy.
