I had the pleasure of working with Eric and Kim to help me out in a pinch. They made sure to be available when I truly needed them, in order to move into my apartment we needed proof of renters insurance. But we had just received the apartment after being on a wait list at this point we had 24 hours to acquire a renters policy. Eric and Kim made sure everything was received timely processed and proof in insurance was in my email by end of day.nnAdditionally, Eric helped me set up a new life policy as well, he really explained the value that external life coverage adds while still being covered partially by your company. My husband purchased a policy for our business. We have yet to receive a copy of the policy and it's now four months later. Calls and emails have not been returned. Their office sent us a Christmas card, but can't be bothered to return a phone call. Go elsewhere. We will as soon as our policy is up, as the customer service is severely lacking.
