I'm a person who hates draging in wood over white carpeting so I decided to buy a furnace for my fireplace. Jim from Holly showcase did a fine job installing it. Looking forward to warm evenings on cold nights. Five stars if instructions would have been more detailed.
We bought a wood burning stove from Jim and Tammy about three years ago. Before buying I called and asked Jim every imaginable question and then some. Jim gave generously of his time and great depth of knowledge. Did I mention that I called more than once? He always made time for my calls and answered every question. Three years later, he still answers my questions with his kind and caring manner. My only wish is that more businesses operated like Holly's Showcase.
If I could give a zero I would....guy who runs this place is borderline criminal. Installed a ignition for our gas fireplace a while ago, it did not work at all and he blamed us. We never even touched the thing. He was rude and disrespectful on the phone. I never complain about companies in reviews but I have had two bad experiences and figure I would let others know. Stay away from this place...many others just a few miles away (Jackson) that we had much better experience with.
