A great experience. Dean & his team (Alan, Josh & Kevin) were excellent to work with. We had them paint exterior soffits, gutters, etc.before siding replacement. They did great work and were professional & courteous on the job site. They have earned my future business.

Hired these guys 3 years ago, still looking at the horrible job they did and refused to redo. Took multiple pictures of the carelessness and mistakes they did on 5 rooms. When I refused to pay because of the issues, the owner made up that I verbally abused him after he excused the crew from my home. Filed a claim with the better business bureau, did nothing. Bissell painting took me to court. The owner bullied me when it came time for negotiation, tried to tell the judge about the mistakes and that I had pictures, refused to listen. Took me to court in Jenison instead of Kent county. I sent the judge a letter and the pictures, never heard a response. It is going to cost me thousands to have his job redone, he only deducted $200 from the cost. I cannot believe the high ratings on this company now and why I was singled out, threw me into a depression. I respected him and his crew, painted my house in the winter and did it for a reasonable price. He wanted me to pay in cash in which I gave him a cashiers check. Do not trust this company!
We used Bissell Painting twice the first time was to paint our 38,000 square foot machine shop. They did a fantastic job, very professional and fast. Because of them we were able to move in sooner than expected.nThe second time we used them was to paint the office area. Again they did a fantastic job. I was really impressed on how they were able to work around our schedule so we did not loose any productivity.nI highly recommend using Bissell Painting.
