I have always had a good experience here. This recent time though I had a pre-order issue with my concession but after politely talking with the manager all was made right. The staff is very friendly and helpful even if there are issues. I plan on coming here often because of the great customer service.
Super comfortable and big seats! Great selection of movies and concessions. And they give free cotton candy when you mention it's your birthday!
Always a great experience at Celebration Rivertown. It's cleaner than the average theater, the staff is always friendly, and the screens are good quality. The fact that they added beer as a concession option was a very nice perk. We also love the discounted options on Sundays and Tuesdays.
They opened up one of their theaters to the group I UNDERSTAND. Very nice.
I'll give you three stars. In the future, please put older folks in the middle. God almighty my neck hurts.
