Purchased a ring here a while back. Brought it back in the be cleaned for my fiance. The woman was rude and I watched her place the ring (still in the bag) on the counter, walk away, come back and pick the ring back up off the counter, never taken out of the bag, and gave back to me. If I pay 100s for a ring, the least you could do is 1.) Clean it 2.) Do it without rolling your eyes and snatching stuff out of my hands.nn0/10 will not return.

EDIT: initially contacted the info@rogersandholland and was referred to local store. Your customer service is useless on here as well, proven by the response!nnGo to a different jewelry store! My diamond fell out of the ring and was never found. This store doesn’t stand behind its sales contracts and sales staff give untruthful representations of lifetime warranties to get your sale. Lifetime warranty means, no warranty, once there is a problem. Customer is faulted for the inconsistency and the store manager (Patty) just makes excuses, instead of addressing issues with defective merchandise that wears out with a short time (5 years)nShe claims too that my original paperwork wasn’t done correctly by the salesman. She also doesn’t return customer calls after 3 business days and stated she was “busy with customers”. After 3 attempts to reach her, I drove to the store and waited!nJustin, the district manager wasn’t willing to even discount the repairs needed to replace the head of my ring. Rogers and Holland charges $180 to repair merchandise they originally sold, while another jeweler was $100; what a bunch of crooks!
