After hearing ads for Kesslers on our local radio station, I wanted to make.the 30 minute trip to see if they could help me. I had a treasured family heirloom, in need of a major overhaul.nI was greeted warmly by Sue, and welcomed into the Kesslers showroom. She intently listened to my concerns and turned my ring over to Michelle for an estimate.Once approved, Michelle went to work.nAfter a few days, I got the call it was ready. The first thing I thought when I saw my ring was “Wow. Just wow.” It was magnificent. Somehow, Michelle seems to have suspended my beautiful diamond in mid-air, capturing all the light around it. Her craftsmanship is exceptional. I am deeply grateful for her adherence to the original design, but thrilled, ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with her interpretation.nSue is a “gem” herself. From her initial care and concern, to her excitement in showing me the finished piece, she is genuinely passionate about her work.nMany, many thanks to the Kesslers team in Grand Rapids. It means more than you know.

My fiancé and I went to Kesslers to look for a wedding band for him. We had not used Kesslers for the purchase of our engagement ring. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and we were greeted almost immediately by a friendly sales representative Kathy. Kathy was very knowledgeable and patient. She showed us every ring we wanted to see and made us feel welcome. We both found beautiful wedding bands and sipped on wine while everything was being processed. Kesslers provided for a great experience and made us feel very special. The staff was very personable and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend anyone to Kesslers for their jewelry needs.

I had a great experience at Kesslers. I was looking to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring. She had already found the perfect engagement ring at Costco, but she needed a wedding band that would compliment it. Katie, Sue, and all the ladies at the store were wonderful to work with. We found a beautiful wedding band and they customized it by adding our children’s birthstones in the side of the band. My wife was thrilled! Thank you!

Great group of lady's helped me design and create the perfect ring for my wife. Kathy made me feel comfortable and wasnt pushy about making the sale. She was very informative and helped me understand exactly what I was buying. Very helpful, kind, and encouraging the whole way through from all the staff. Genuinely cared about my story and my ring. So glad I went to Kesslers diamonds.

Denice was awesome throughout our whole experience. She listened to what we both wanted in an engagement right and didn’t oversell us on anything. She helped pick out rings and guided us into the best decision into the diamond. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into purchasing and she kept things on a real personal level. The environment of the store is very welcoming and everyone in the store is knowledgeable on diamonds! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is shopping for beautiful diamonds.
