5 star rating all the way! I had the pleasure of working w/ Richard (owner/operator) and Lori (sales associate) to select the perfect flooring for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately we had some damaged product (not their fault), but they were able to work with us for resolution and i'm already planning on going back for more flooring due to their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. You won't get this type of service from a big box store which is why I highly recommend!

I have been using FBD for 4 years and love the service they provide. They will go out of their way to make things right. Richard is very understanding. Fun to be able to pick a carpet you like and have bound for throw rugs versus going to the store to by what your neighbor has.nI would highly recommend Flooring By Design.
