By far the worst delivery service out there. This isn't a review of the Sparta branch in particular (they are perfectly nice people) but the organization as a whole. I have never received a package on time if at all. They lost $500 worth of items in one year. I dread every time I see they are delivering or, when a package has transferred to their service. Most recently l was supposed to receive a package on a Friday. On the day of delivery, the package was for no reason shipped from Grand Rapids, MI to someplace in Illinois. I live 20 minutes drive from GR. Now the parts I have been waiting on will be late for no reason. Avoid whenever you can.

They lost my package and didn’t put any effort in to help me. They just transferred me around to different people for 5 days before saying they couldn’t help.

Pros: When I got my passport they were quick and really nice they let me take my picture a couple times to make sure I liked it. Anytime I go into this post office they will give me more cost effective ways to ship things than my original game plan. I appreciate the service I have received. My mail carrier does a good job and is pretty kind and understanding. Literally any other company puts all my packages by the door of my neighbor. My carrier takes the two seconds to put the package on my actual doorstep which is appreciated.nnCons: i would like to note that anytime I fill out the form for them to stop delivering previous peoples mail i still always get their mail. I have filled it out twice. A few times my mail box has been been closed until it clicks into place so my mail gets wet (often) and has been scattered across the road twice.

Been trying to call the post office been on hold one time for 60 mins know am still on hold it been 30 mins not to happy right know you need a better way to answer this phone call this is not how u handy your comster
