I would never recommend this place to anyone. They took over our account three years ago. I never heard from Jack or Rachel in 2 years or more. Way before COVID. I talked with Rachel and she seemed as it was my fault we did not hear from them about our account being taking over by them. Rachel’s tone and bedside manner on the phone was less than delightful after talking to someone in 2.5 years after I called. I could go into detail, but I won’t. I rated them on professionalism and attitude. One star says it. I would of gave them a 3. Not a fan of feeling like I should of made them feel like there the customer.
