I had an excellent experience all around! Prices and selection were the best around, they were very timely and helpful with every choice we had to make. Tyler and Curtis did a beautiful job and they even showed us how to clean everything safely and effectively; they were the best part of our experience. I would definitely recommend, it’d be hard to believe they could be outdone.
We had a great experience with this team! Andrew the owner, was wonderful to work with. Amber was excellent to work with in Customer Service as well! Tyler and Curtis did a great job on the installation and it is absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with our new granite countertop and would highly recommend Integrity Granite.
We had a great experience with Tyler and Curtis coming out to make the template. The delivery of the quartz countertops was smooth and efficient with Tyler and the owner Andrew. We were a little disappointed that our bar area wasn’t a little bigger like we wanted, probably due to cutting and using one piece of quartz, but it would have been nice to have that explained before the install.
We have an old piece of Baker furniture for our bathroom cabinet. We’ve refinished it twice and that was not happening again. We needed a simple top. So glad we decided on quartz. Tyler & Curtis came out, measured, then a few weeks later were back to instal. It’s gorgeous!
I messaged Integrity Granite on a Sunday and heard back first thing Monday. Amber was quick to contact and super easy to get in touch with. She went through the entire process and all of our options and price points so we had no surprises when the slab was installed. Our original option did end up damaged, but they got ahold of us quickly and I’m even happier with the slab we ended up with. Tyler and Curtis installed our granite and my husband had nothing but great things to say. They were very pleasant and explained everything along the way (we had a bit of a weird set up). If you are looking for affordable options with great customer service, you definitely need to give them a call.
