My Doctor is Heather McGovern She is very Professional Kind caring person She takes time to listen And direct you in the right path I'm very grateful That she is my doctor . I recommend Spectrum in Sparta i also recommend Dr Heather McGovern. Also the Nurses and staff are wonderful.

Always can get appointment with no long wait. Never feel rushed when I'm being seen by my Doctor. Explains every diagnosis. Nursing staff and front desk helpful and friendly.

They charged me for a full visit during the pandemic even though it was a video visit. They refused to fix the error. Absolutely disgusting. I know times are hard for outpatient facilities but stealing from people is awful.

I have never had to wait long. They have always listened to me and answered my questions. Friendly with a sense of humor. When just getting blood work I have just registered and shortly after had my blood taken. No long wait like the other labs.
