I was very impressed on my recent visit with Dr. Sarah Mcintyre on 12/28/2020. She and her assistant nurse were both very friendly and professional at the same time! I felt like I was being very thoroughly and well cared for. I never felt rushed or that I was ‘’just a number.’’ All of the staff from the check in/check out receptionists to the Doctor and nurses were very sweet and kind.nThe place was very clean and the atmosphere is very soothing and comfortable.nI highly recommend West Michigan Dermatology!!

Very pleasant experience from the moment of walking through the door. Checked temp, checked in and brought back to exam room in a quick and pleasing way - pleasant tone and smiling eyes were seen from all people. Kurt VanderVeen quickly determined course of treatment and made sure I was not stressed and understood what was determined. Again, great eye contact (because of masks) and very stress free environment.

I had a very positive experience at the West Michigan Dermatology office. I was very nervous about my procedure. The office staff were kind and very pleasant. Dr. Winstanley was wonderful. He took the time to explain the procedure, was very personable and did an outstanding job. We traveled 2 and a half hours from Northern Lower Michigan for this appointment. I will do it again without hesitation if I need to in the future.

What a pleasure to have such a caring and thoughtful staff. Amanda was exceptionally kind and understanding as she thoroughly explained my issues today and the prognosis. Her assistant was just as thoughtful. Amanda also gave me diet tips to help me. I walked in very anxious and everyone made me feel less anxious. I appreciated that a great deal. What a pleasure. Top Notch staff. Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve had a skin issue for the last 3 years, I went in 30 minutes later it was taken care of. Everyone was so nice and the entire building was so clean!! I would definitely recommend!
