The P.A. Allysa Miller is an amazing person! Was very patient, answered all my questions, and actually took the time to evaluate my condition properly! Thank you for the great appointment Ms. Miller and staff! U set my mind at ease!

Being referred to Michigan ENT by a neighbor/friend, I was glad because they were welcoming and pleasant from the time I entered, during and throughout. PA Scott Parrott is a rotating ENT specialist who was great during my visit. Staff was professional and not condescending. I'll be back and definitely highly recommended.

Sadly I agree with Jr... There office staff should learn how to accurately tell patients how much an office visit will cost regardless of what insurance they have.nnI saw them for maybe 8 minutes and didn't even get anything to assist with the issue I had. Ended up needing to go somewhere else and pay them too. ud83dude14 Waste of time and money.

Dr. Mistry did a great job with our daughters sinus surgery. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were nervous going into the surgery and Dr. Mistry calmed our concerns. We would definitely recommend Dr. Mistry.

My son was seen to check his hearing and I was not told that they would also be billing me separately for a hearing screen. Dr. Mistry referred my son to get a hearing screen which he could not complete because he was moving around too much. I was billed separately for both the ENT and the hearing screen and when I requested they accept my co-pay for the visit, they refused. Additionally, Dr. Mistry recommended tubes for my son and after I had two additional opinions we determined he did not need tubes. I'm very angry about the way things are handled in this office.
