My husband and daughter both sought services through this office. Not only did the services do nothing to help with pain, but also after making consistent monthly payments for almost a year, I missed one monthly payment last spring and our bill was immediately sent to collections. Horrible service, horrible treatment of clients. I do not recommend this location for services.

Dr. Pouillon has helped me to stay on my feet for many years. Thanks Dr. He listens and has a great bedside manor . It is very obvious you can see how dedicated he is when he does a procedure. You would be lucky to have him as a Doctor.

Lisa Rypma- Assistant Property Manager at Grandview Apartments.nnIt is very unfortunate that because of an office mistake on behalf of Ivanrest Foot & Ankle, it now results in my residents losing access to a podiatrist coming into our facility. Ivanrest Foot & Ankle arrived in the morning and were disappointed that several residents did not show. However, the last email I received specifically stated that visits were to begin at 1pm. I came back from lunch to residents waiting for your service and when asked if they were contacted about the time change to this morning, they were not.nnI think this could have been handled better and once again, it is unfortunate.

Dr. Pouilllon was very rude with ZERO bedside manners. When he finished using clippers or any instruments he would literally THROW them on to the counter. We have never experience this with a doctor. DEFINITLY NOT DEALING WITH Pouillon again!!!

Dr. Pouillon provided excellent care to my father whom was confined to a wheel chair. I would recommend this doctor to anyone in need of diabetic foot care and ulcer wound healing.nVery accommodating and explains procedures thoroughly to put patients at ease.
