First of all I was deeply impressed by the cleanliness and inviting decor when I was taken to the back. Then the customer service was definitely top notch. The dental hygienist was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and comfortable. She went so far as to break down my whole exam for me. Did I mention that this was my first visit. Kudos to the staff and Byron Center Family Dental as a whole.
Edited review from 5 stars to 4 —nnIt’s still a nice place clean, friendly staff, but they should be up front about charges and what’s going on your invoice. It was my second time back and I got a regular cleaning and a “prophylaxis”. I wasn’t informed at my appointment this “prophylaxis” was any different from a regular cleaning. My invoice certainly did though - by quiet a bit of $$$... ud83dude42 thank god for insurance. It took care of most of it but I still had to pay. Usually my insurance covers 100%nCould just be my insurance tho ud83eudd37ud83cudffc♀ufe0fud83eudd37ud83cudffc♀ufe0f That’s why I rated it 4. But still I’d like to know what’s going on before I get my invoice
Absolute excellence from the first call. Online new patient forms were easy and convenient, quick to get me in, and flexible with my care. I was extremely nervous about going in having not been to the dentist in over 12 years, but they kept me at ease. Procedures were painless, and Bridget was AWESOME. I love Kerri Ann! Not sure if I spelled her name right but she is the best and I will always recommend her to clean my teeth. I normally get really anxious at the dentist but she always makes me feel so comfortable and not feel terrible about my teeth that I am super self conscious about. I actually look forward to going. Thank you!
Did not feel warmly welcome here as everyone was giving me that look. Came in 15 minutes early for my appointment wasn't seen until half after the hour. 8hrs later my cleaning is still bleeding like I had an extraction. Everyone's experience is different but mine wasn't a pleasant one. Good luck. Going back to Contemporary Family Dental.
