I went in yesterday 7/20/20 for my first root canal... I have been suffering since September with my tooth and finally decided enough already. So happy I did, last night I realized I can once again have something cold, room temperature and even hot touch my tooth and I no longer go thru the roof in painud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01 still tender to bite and jaw is swallen and a little sore but I'll take that over the previous any day cause that I know will go away very soon!!! Thanks a million Dr Sarah Lennan Masterson!!!
This Doc and her team have been nothing short of A+ Players. I have referred multiple patients, including my Dad (Have you scene Grumpier Old Men?) and he too left very impressed. My sister told me she even experienced a bit of pre procedure anxiety and how Sarah and her staff were extremely comforting and helpful and it went great. A very strong balance of knowledge and wisdom in this office, and a BIG thanks!
Terrific care and chair side manner. I was quite anxious visiting and the root canal was actually much easier than I had anticipated. Very professional and efficient. I certainly recommend this doctor and team.
Generally I am nervous about any trip for dental work, but Dr. Masterson immediately put me at ease. Her touch was so light and gentle that I comfortably went through the procedure. The staff was very amenable and contributed greatly to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Grand River Endodontics and especially Dr. Sarah Masterson!
I had a great experience! They listened carefully to what I had to say. They explained the situation clearly and answered questions. Communication is key, and they were spot on.
