Terry's Tile and Marble

I have been wanting backsplash in my kitchen forever. In one short day these gentlemen came in and transformed the entire look of my kitchen with simple tile. They were extremely professional and very nice. This is a family business as well which makes it even better.

I would highly recommend Terry's Tile and Marble on all fronts A) professionalism B) detail and C) ability to roll with the punches.nnWhen tearing out cheaply installed bathrooms, it's always a question of what kind of work lies behind the surface. We had Terry's Tile and Marble team inside our newly purchased bathroom to tear out the flimsy fiberglass shower unit and replace the entire bathroom floor. Once they removed the old unit we realized old plywood lined the bathroom - definitely not waterproof. The team quickly pivoted and ensured drywall workers could finish out the wall (thanks, Brandon's dad!) in order to install the new tile on top of a level, sound, and more water resistant surface. They made sure to leave the old plumbing valve in its place to reroute it later in order to change the old shower lines into a new clawfoot tub faucet. They used pictures of the clawfoot tub to make sure bottom drain would align with under-floor plumbing. (I hope I am explaining the process adequately - I am not as familiar with the intricacies). The entire job was 5 days in and out.nnOverall, we are very pleased with the end result and love the modern (perfectly aligned!) black penny tile against the black grout.nnP.S. the team demoed and installed everything on this third floor walk up - kudos for the extra care and extra leg work up and down.nnThanks guys!!

We had floor tile laid in two bathrooms and wall tile on a tub surround and shower. We were very pleased with the work and they did exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable and they were finished with both bathrooms in a little under 2 weeks. We would definitely use them again for any tiling needs!

So, so happy with the results!! We had an outdated, neoangle master shower that was tiny and had been off and on leaking through ceiling below, even after several plumber visits. So we decided to demo the entire thing and brought Brandon in to provide an estimate. Not only was his estimate extremely reasonable, but he had an amazing reconfiguration idea for the shower and adjacent bath, allowing for a much larger master shower. He walked us through the design aspect and made great recommendations, while remaining communicative and approachable throughout the entire process. The techs who installed the tile were knowledgeable and professional.nThey were efficient, clean and respectful. The bathroom received more of an upgrade than I originally imagined and bonus, no leaks anymore with the few plumbing repairs we made while walls were open. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Terry’s Tile and Marble! You can’t go wrong!!!

Bathroom renovation: Reasonable and reliable quote. They worked me to get the fixtures and tile colors and styles I wanted. Were even able to fix some major issues left by previous owner (staying with original quote)! Finished in reasonable time (even with those major issues).
