Great selection at competitive prices. Store was clean and took measures to ensure the safety of customers by social distancing and sanitizing touched surfaces. Very friendly and helpful staff, I was assisted by Colleen who provided customer service that went above and beyond all expectations! When my sunglasses were lost in shipping, Colleen was more helpful than the customer service line. I would absolutely recommend this store.

My mom sister and I went into sunglass hut for my mom to buy sunglasses. We had to wait outside because there is a limit of four people. When we walked in we had to sanitize our hands. My sister grabbed a pair of sunglasses to look at and got glared at and the worker rudely said she can’t touch them and has to put them in the box so she can sanitize them. My mom wanted to try on a pair so they said they had to sanitize them first and my mom said she wanted to take her mask off for a split second so she can see herself fully with them on before spending $200 on them. She rudely said no you can’t take your mask off so we left. As we were walking out she had to remind us there is a pandemic going on as if we didn’t already know. They treated us very poorly and almost criminal like. I will not be going back and they lost a sale because of it.

My husband and I went to buy Sunglasses this evening and I was refused service for not wearing a face covering and I even had my lanyard on that shows my legit medical exemption. I was rudely told to leave and then I kindly stated I had a medical exemption and an employee rudely stated I need an appointment. My husband and I were the only customers in the store. This was not a reasonable accommodation whatsoever. I had a babysitter tonight so that we could go buy glasses without carting out children around with us. They violated my rights as a disabled Veteran.
