Slowest service ever. Sat in drive thru for 20 min at 9 at night.

Went after school for some lunch. Unfortunately what I got was not socially acceptable. When I got up to order, I was greeted with an aggressive lady who clearly was taking out her bad day on me. I had a coupon for a meal and was planning on paying for the second meal and she made me pay once and then got upset when she realized I had another meal to pay for. She didn’t ask us what drinks we wanted so when we got to the window we received two unknown sodas that were filled 3/4 of the way. We also didn’t get any sauce and the food smelled and tasted odd immediately after receiving. Once home, we unpackaged our lunches and had to dig our chicken sandwiches out of plastic bags covered in condensation. The breading on the chicken was wet and stringy and the buns were like 2 sponges and somehow burnt. The coke also tasted suspicious. Not to mention we had to choke the whole meal down dry. I really can’t explain what happened this day at McDonald’s, or what was so confusing about the order, but I’m surprised these chicken sandwiches didn’t come with a poison control number on the outside of the package.

Every time I order door dash from this location I either don't get what I ordered or I don't get my complete order. This time I didn't get my daughter's milk in her kids meal one of my drinks was half empty because it was laying down in the bag when it got to my house. I ordered for my fiance and daughter and their food was cold and looked and taste like it had been sitting out all day. The crispy buttermilk chicken didn't come with tomatoes like it's lists on the products on the sandwich. I would definitely not recommend anyone to get food from here. And I definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Out of large shake cups. Ok understandable so I order a medium shake. The lady tried to give me a half filled medium cup. I said that’s a small in a medium cup. She then added more whipped creams and once again I said that is still a small in a medium cup. She eventually remade it correctly. I usually don’t complain but I would like to get what I pay for.

My husband and I had the same experience twice when we ordered breakfast here. The employees apparently can’t do their job correctly because both times we got asked to repeat our order 5 times and they seemed clueless as to what we had ordered.nnThe most recent time this happened my husband tried to order 2 breakfast burrito meals and asked for the spicy sauce that typically comes with them. The lady responded with “we don’t have spicy sauce. We have hot sauce” ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f Then my husband proceeds to the second window and they say they don’t have his order and asked what he ordered again just to be told “we don’t have any burritos” so my husband has order everything all over again.nnSomehow communication gets lost there or the employees are just plain stupid.
