I would not recommend this store to anyone. The owner Ken Martin made a trip to my house and brought samples of flooring to get the sale. That was great but once the carpet was laid and it was not correct, he was supposed to return with samples of vinyl flooring (he lived close to my neighborhood). He never came back or called. I have now received a bill for the remaining $1000 i owe. I called and reminded him that he never called or returned so i had another company come and lay the vinyl floor. It cost me $500 to get that piece laid. Mr Martin even agrees that he was supposed to return and that he simply forgot and is not agreeing to remove the $500. He will do everything in his power to get your business and your money but once the job is done if you are not happy you are just out of luck!

Fair price, great customer service, and great install. My wife and I are in the final stages of building our forever home. Carrell Rogers Carpet One came in behind a botched flooring job from another company, and made our future home exactly how we envisioned. Ask for Ken McDonald and he'll walk you through the process. I would also request for Francisco to be my installer if he is available. Don't bother with going to the big box stores and trying to find what you want (we wasted a lot of time doing this), call these guys up and watch them go to work for you. You will be pleasantly surprised.nnI'm not a spokesman or paid for any advertisement. I'm just a satisfied customer that got great service for a fair price. Only 5 stars because I can't put 6.

Somebody was supposed to be at my home to measure on Saturday at 9:30, I had to call them at 9:45 and they didn’t remember my appointment, and somebody finally came around 10... then I went to the store and got 2 quotes on 2 different carpets, and called on Monday to schedule a date to have it installed. Ken said he would have to call me back Tuesday morning. Never received a call until today (Wednesday) for him to tell me he couldn’t find anything about my quote and I would need to come back to the store. Will definitely be going elsewhere.nn8/1/2020 Was told to call the owner, Ken Martin. However, Ken is the one who we had the problem with.
