Had a lot of newer books and some really good old ones.
I witnessed an extreme act of kindness by one of the employees. A lady was having difficulty walking and the employee helped her to get what she needed. This was amazing. She talked to her calmly. Thank you for caring. I also found the items I wanted.
Was able to find great priced books and a bible here have a pumpkin spice latte and be welcomed by wonderful staff
I went to the store in Holland MI. They were rude and followed me around as if I were going to steal something?? I'm a working class citizen and as well I was raised better than that. I've been to the one at River Town mall in Grandville Mi although I wasn't followed they were never there to ask if I needed anything. They don't really acknowledge their customers at all. I don't like this store.
I love going in here but recently they close too early for me to visit. Surprising because they used to close 2 hours after the mall, now they close 3 hours before.
