Changing to E-scripts or another service. Just filled my last script @ Meijer. Seems as every time some issue or delay, just not smooth & easy. Moving on to better service and options, probably savings to be had as well? Tired of different stories and excuses, either poor training or poor processes, plus Drive up is very slow.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Never have to wait to long. Have a few glitches with the new drive thru. They have new headsets. They are really loud. My hearing is not good. Can hear them just fine.

Service deteriorating. They are always out of stock so I am waiting days and weeks for refills which is a detriment to my health. They have a new software program so they say that is why everything is a mess. I received a call from a pharmacist a month ago asking about a refill that was being recalled. It was from India. I had already used the meds. I am trying to move my prescriptions. But where?!? Help!!!
