I love this store! Lauren Oakley provided me with excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable . She was very helpful with amazing advice and so patient and kind! She certainly is an amazing and integral part of this store❤ufe0f

Staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer they will find out! Even helped me navigate through their on-line selections.

A wonderful lady named Rose W. helped me with an extremely hard to find watch. It's been sold out EVERYWHERE across the USA and Online. Not only did she give me fantastic customer service but she actually cared to help me. This watch is more than just a paycheck spend, it really meant everything to me for a couple years not to find. I am absolutely so f-boming happy that I found it and she even shipped it to me !!! I DONT EVEN LIVE IN MICHIGAN!!!! I LIVE IN DENVER, COLORADO !!!!! ALL THIS OVER THE PHONE. Thank you very much and I absolutely plan on buying from this particular location again !!!!!!!!

Even though the review came up as Jared Vault I was at a Kay Jeweler Outlet store. They had a lot of selection to chose from. Christina did a great job showing me the pieces I was interested in and took the time to show me multiple items. I ended up with the first piece I looked at but because she showed me other options I have at least one piece I want to go back for. Christina is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and I would recommend asking for her when you visit the Kay Outlet store at Tanger in Byron Center.

Every time we go to any of their locations, we are treated with as much respect as anyone else. They strive to make something possible for everyone. We are extremely pleased with the rings we bought. Great prices too. We bought around $6k, but with price deals it was less than that :-).
