In the past several months I've had a couple unique situations with homeowners insurance the staff at McKnight agency respond immediately and are very knowledgeable and professional about solving the problems that I had regarding vacant homeowners insurance and when I tell them my name they know exactly who I am and that leaves you with an extra level of confidence that you don't get with some of the larger firms

Allstate is nothing but crooks and will take whatever they can from you. Get a bill out of no where and don't even get called back explaining what it was for. Never again will I ever do business again with Allstate. Saved$150 a month on 2 cars with better coverage

Customer service from this office is fantastic! Always there to help and very responsive. Insurance itself is pricey, but there are definitely more expensive options. I get what I pay for and I'm very happy with them.
