We stopped in this weekend for some fireplace ideas and the experience was great. The showroom was beautiful with many fireplaces burning. Karen was very friendly and answered our questions plus gave us some helpful advice on what we need to do if we want a TV above our fireplace. We will defintely be back when we start our basement remodel.

SIMPLY THE BEST!nWe worked with Karen Kimble on a project that involved a tear-out of a direct-vent fireplace in a home we recently purchased, to be replaced with a new wood burning/gas log fireplace. This involved significant construction on the outside of our home, including the construction of a new chase on the roof for the fireplace chimney. It also involved design and build of a new fireplace surround and mantle inside our home, managed by our builder. Karen's thorough knowledge of every aspect of what we needed to do, from construction, to building codes, and the aesthetics of the look we wanted, outside and inside our home, made the project fun and ultimately very satisfying. She worked closely with us and our builder to make sure every detail was addressed.nWe also were very pleased with the assortment of quality merchandise sold at Hearthcrest, and the display of available items. It's a fun place to visit!nWe're delighted with the results!

Really enjoyed working with Hearthcrest for our fireplace purchase and installation. We needed an unusually large gas log and they were very accommodating and helped us order the size we needed in the color we wanted. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Would highly recommend Hearthcrest!

Not everything went smoothly with this installation, (no fault of Hearthcrest) but this crew didn’t give up until it was done right. The final result is a truly beautiful fireplace that is a perfect fit. Professional, honest, and friendly.
