Very poor communication. Will never recommend. We still have problems three years later. Spilled paint didn't clean up. Did not provide a schedule, changed window size from blueprint provided, installed changed window size without discussing it with us. Left us with a leaking roof never once told us that there was a problem and now they are saying it was like that before the tree hit our chimney and sun porch. We either have to take them to court or pay to fix ourselves. We want to sell our house soon and we have to take care of the damage plus problem before we can sell. Beware of this company!

Our basement is beautiful and Todd and Amy have been extremely helpful and patient while working with us. Their crew is friendly and hard working. Very pleased!

Set-Apart Construction is a great company. Called them when siding came off at the top of my house along roof edge. They came and repaired quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely be using them again!!
