Door always locked with note be right back on it. 45 minutes later still no one and the store only had 35 minutes left until it closed. I'm switching services today
Went there a few days ago to add a line onto my plain, no one was there and the door was locked so i assumed he/she was on break. Then i went back later that day and asked if i bought a phone and added a line could they do it. He simply pointed at the computer and said i cant do it today. I really needed that phone that day. Now i have to wait next month to do it..
Great service and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hands down the best service I've ever had.
Does not deserve one star! Poor customer service and do not know how the company runs! They do not know the difference between a insurance claim and a warranty return! Just wanted us to buy a new phone! Had to drive to Radcliff to get great customer service! Need help? Go see Joe in Radcliff. So worth the drive!
i had the worst experience at the Shepherdsville store. I got a phone and on the same day had to take it back. The phone kept jumping screens and would not work. When i went back in the store to get help, the staff was rude and had very poor customer service. The gentlemen said it would be fine and the the phone would update it's self but it never did. I wasted 225.00 and the store manager nor no one else even metro gave 2 hoots about it.nnI would NOT recommend that anyone go to this store EVER.
