Same as the review below. Several calls later I finally get an answer and they're always rude right from the start. After letting them know my kids are 30 minutes late from their usual arrival time they treat me like IM the one inconveniencing them with my concerns. At this point you have to know the bus a way behind schedule and could have the decency to notify the familys who are anxiously waiting for their children to come home.
After five calls I got some where. A simple call back even if things were still in the works would be appreciated.nnThe tone of the lady voice was short and rude as if I shouldn't call regarding my children and transportation. We are new to the area so I want to make sure my ducks are in a row.nnThis was my personal experience this may not be yours but definitely wanted to leave a review.
