My son recently requested a car loan.He applied on line.Today he was told it was denied and he would receive a letter in 7 to 10 days.He has a good credit score and the vehicle was well worth the loan asked for.This happened to me a couple of years ago and the letter I received after being denied was totally incorrect in the numbers give for credit score and loan amount etc.I disputed this.I talked to.Tiffany at the Mosel location.She checked this out and I received my loan.I do not want this to happen to my son.The vehicle he wants is very nice and he is putting most of his own money towards it.I don't understand why he cannot find out the reason for this denial.It could be something easily corrected.I would hate for him to lose the chance of getting this truck.Could someone ease call him.His cell number is 6265519 his name is Russell Wyman Jr.

The employees at this credit union are extremely disrespectful. They are not helpful what so ever. I called and talked to a couple different people all of which were rude. I needed help with my account and paying it off, I was told I’d get a call back before noon. Never received a call. Had to call back again and again trying to pay off the same loan. I asked for an email confirmation that the account was paid and closed. I had to drive an hour out of my way to go to a branch to even pay it as they said it was my only way I could pay. The lady told me I’d have to wait over 4 days to receive an email on it. I told her I needed it today, as I paid it today. She then rudely said “well we have been waiting two years for you to pay this loan off so you can wait” I strongly do not recommend using this credit union for any type of loan or accounts.

Was sued while I was at Boot Camp in the Marine Corps (which in and of itself shouldn't happen) because I owed them a little over $400. Came back, was served with papers and accused of avoiding them, tried calling Kalsee to sort things out and left messages 37 different times before the court date and nobody got back to me. Now I owe them $800 and my wages are being garnished. Do NOT bank with this sorry excuse for a financial institution.

I have had fine service from Kalsee. I have been with them for over 27 years.nThey offer online banking as well, which really helps on the weekends when the bank isn't open. The hours could be longer at closing times during the week. They could SEVERELY use some open time on Saturday, especially with today's busy and constantly moving lifestyles. Their staff are always polite. It wasn't hard for me to get a car loan even though I have had some credit issues. They NEED to have an onsite ATM and that without any fee to members who use it. They do reimburse you for all ATM fees incurred throughout the month if you live up to a few simple criteria, and if you have a specific account type that opts more for online banking than for paper monthly account statements. Since I have taken advantage of this optional program I've always made the mark and have gotten my money reimbursed to me for the monthly ATM fees.nThere are so many more perks to being a member here that I cannot fully get into all of that here, you'll need to contact them if you are interested.nnOverall, Kalsee Credit Union is a fine place to deal with.
