This location is a joke. I am disabled and was told when i purchasey ticket online that i would receive help with my baggage and the staff here downright refused to help me with my luggage. Again i am disabled and was told that i would receive assistance

She, the driver was thoughtful, I didn't realize that I was transferring from Greyhound to Indian Trails, (this was an emergency trip, returning from seeing my most for the last time, she passed away later that day) but when questioned she assured me directly that it was (I hadn't ridden Coaches since 1979) arrived in Grand Rapids on time.
