I dropped off my vacuum to be professionally cleaned. After they pushed me and pushed me to buy one of their $700-$1000 vacuums and kept declining, they offered to professionally clean mine for $200 which I had to pay in advance. I was told they would call me when it was done in a couple weeks. I called 3 times during a 4 MONTH period. 4 months! Not done, never got a call back. I finally called a 4th time and they said “it’s been done” “why haven’t you come up here to check”? I asked for a partial refund. The guy threw $20 at me and said that’s all he was giving me. Liars, scammers, and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Tom was great to work with when purchasing my new vacuum. He worked with in my budget and was very friendly. If you need a new vacuum go see Tom.

I have owned a Kirby vacuum cleaner for over 20 years and absolutely love it! Their customer service is always very helpful and always very prompt when I have taken it in for maintenance or services! Thank you Kirby for making a fabulous vacuum cleaner!
The folks here are always friendly and helpful, and both their new and used products are great, with professional service. They always have the parts to keep my antique Kirby running like new and our new Simplicity is great too. They include a maintenance plan with each product they sell, which, if you take advantage of it, keeps your machine running great. Sometimes there is an extra part or something they find broke when we have them serviced, but for the most part their service rates and parts are reasonably priced.
