This is a great place to find a Lawyer or resources to find one if they cannot provide one. The Customer Service reps are friendly, helpful and seem like they really want to help you. Its a great place to call if you think you may need legal assistance and have no idea what to do next.

Paid $25 to speak with a lawyer that was referred by the Michigan Bar Association And I called he said he was in court call him back in a couple hours. I did just that even left a message an no return call at all I’m still waiting 3 months laternnBad customer service

If I could give 0 I would. I can see why their reviews are so low. Paid for a consultation. Never recieved a phone for an appointment. Called two weeks later to see why and was treated very rude by the staff. The director said she called me back and gave me the appointment and did not and argued with me. When someone is trying to consult to be a client and handle thier business arguing is not appropriate. Even trying to reschedule with Fred Meyers was terrible. Completely rude and I would never trust a penny with these people. When I asked for a refund the director tried to argue with me and not give me my money back for a consultation I did not recieve. This is a complete scam!! You never argue with a client you take care of their business politely and they pay you good money to do it. That would have been the biggest waste of thousands of dollars of state grant money.
