Pathetic that you cannot get decent service or professional people who work for the city of lansing. Highly discourage people from using this service.
As others have said, they make up anything not to pick up your trash. Never consistent with times. I’ve had my trash not picked up several times, one more time and I’m switching to Waste Management or ANYTHING else. Shoot, I’ll drive it to the dump myself at this rate. The recycling hasn’t caused me any issues... YET

Good service and reasonably prices. Hey John Mclane if you read their website it says they aren't taking simple recycling right now.
There a reason your drivers are leaving recycling in the middle of the road in front of our houses?? With explicit directions on the bags??n(Bag was moved out of the street after midnight)nnEdit(10/4/2020) : Recycling picked up but driver left half of the bin full. Additionally, 2 pick ups in a row now our yard waste has NOT been taken.nYou will now find recycling and yard waste in the middle of Jolly Rd or on the capital lawn. Enjoy.
