Best dental care I have ever had always kind and patient. They really made be feel comfortable thank you guys sooo much !!!!

Absolutely the best medical staff I have ever had in my life! This place is life changing!nnI went off to college and needed a physician and Forest not only cared after my physical needs, and helped with my access to care, but how I was feeling mentally with bombarding stressors. I had neglected health from adolescence, and Forest not only has helped me learn about my needs, & recover from injury, but the medical staff here has referred me out to many great specialists that have helped maintain my health in these tumultuous years, even in many emergency situations, and stayed with me every step of way. If you reach out, and you make the effort to get treatments, they will help you find the care you need. They are with you every step of the way. Even throughout 2020, I was able to stay in touch with my physican. These people really do care about those who care. Forest is also LGBTQI+ safe, and Disabilities safe. You can find a great care team that fits your life HERE. Forest is a safe place to seek medical care. I trust my medical team with my life, because this is what they do. Medical treatment, labs, and now dental... Inghams health network makes finding the perfect medical team for you simple. This really came true for me when I needed it most, and I've had the same physican for the past 5 years. Also, they are great with talking to children.

Lazy and rude. They clearly did not want to see me as the person I spoke to about scheduling an appointment told me I couldn’t come in even though that IS an option. They kept trying to pawn me off on urgent care which I do not have the $ for.

(DENTAL) They don't care to answer any phone calls. I have been calling for weeks. Half of the time it rings one time and then goes to voicemail. You also can't leave a voicemail so I had to go somewhere else.

Waited over an hour in total for rapid covid test, called 5 times just to be put on hold then hung up on. Only once did someone answer saying they'd be there in a moment about 30 minutes into waiting. Finally went inside after an hour and they said no one received my calls, no one knew I was there waiting at the designated area, and that they would not do the covid test because they couldn't find my appointment.nnTL;DR Rude, lazy, unhelpful. Would not recommend.
