Doug is a very knowledgeable Audiologist and made me feel really comfortable to ask any and all questions that I had for both myself and members of my family. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for answers and help improving the quality of their life through better hearing.

They were not friendly to begin with and when i asked about what my insurance covered i was told they do not work with my insurance. I called ahead and asked if they did and was told yes. The audiologist was rude and very short with me. When i said I didn't have the 3 thousand dollars he wanted for hearing aids I was rushed out the door.
