One woman transferred me to a wonderful woman named Shandler/Chandler? -and this whole process took only 5 minutes!!! I thought it was going to take forever especially calling in as a member, but when I asked for a list of a few items to be emailed to me, I was asked info to verify who I am, which made me feel safe and then helped so quickly and respectfully. I don’t know why this branch has such a low score but it definitely deserves more than 2. Thank you PHP for helping me so swiftly and politely!

They do not updated their primary care provider list even though it supposedly a very extensive process. Customer service representative generally don't listen to what you are asking and therefore are unable to provide good service. I constantly fight with them over covered benifits and prescription cost are high. Overall dissatisfied and not sure why I pay them $200+ dollars a month.

Worst health plan in the USA. Won’t return calls. Screw up every claim.nnHospitals , doctor offices, specialists that I deal with claim that when they bill PHP, they get no response back. I wish Ingham County would drop this insurance.

Junk health plan. Wouldn't cover the cost of tests to find out if I had covid. Danger to public health. Company should be shut down.
