I needed help after a death in my family, I needed help with a deed and had no where to turn. I called Diversified National Title and they were able to help me and walk me through the whole process. I am grateful for all there help and assistance during this hard time.

Direct communication is the issue. I sent documents to Diversified multiple times which was not received. They forwarded the documents that the seller needed to sign to me instead of the seller. I made sure that they had the correct email and telephone number for the seller. At no given time did they pick up the phone to contact the seller and make sure that they were signing in the correct spots on their closing documents. Neither did they mark the spots that needed to be signed. I end up answering the seller's title questions at 8:30 at night which was no problem on my part but, it would have been better handled by the title company. They dispersed the final payments without asking the seller for their current address. I received the seller's $66,000 payoff check which I had to immediately overnight to my client. I am disappointed to say the least.

We have bought a new house, and sold our old house with the aid of Diversified national title and the transactions went flawlessly. Our son has also purchased a house via Diversified's title service and likewise had a glitch-free experience. The staff here had been careful with their handling of health and safety, by using separate rooms for the buyers and sellers. Their office is very bright, clean, and stocked with complimentary refreshments and ice cream snacks!
