The company itself, brokers, sales and customer service are all amazing and helpful. The adjuster who come to assess the water damage in my bathroom, complete A-hole! He was amazing at picking fights with the contractors and the job was left twice. I had no main bathroom for 1 week and got 2 kids. Time to pack them up every other day and take a 1/2 hour ride to Grandma's for showers. Had a custom counter that was water damaged and I needed to pay out a couple Grand I didn't have before he could reimburse me back. What was insurance for??? Paid my deductible not to pay the remainder, nope!!! No return calls, no checks, no nothing till I paid out of pocket 1st for the major damage. It was a nightmare. It was my 1st claim iv ever had. I'm done.
AAA insurance was very competitive and offered a better coverage. Casie was awesome to work with and very good in her field.
Compass Insurance not only saved us a lot of money but also has great customer service. Our agent (Jim Blaauw) is always available for questions and takes great care of us!
Called and within 10 min had all my insurance figured out! Specifically had Kacey, she help me out tramendously and was very polite!
Worst customer service ever. The quote given was incorrect ...premium came in higher of course after I cancelled my other. I have no homeowners claims & no tickets no accidents. Be very careful.
