Had a great time and experience at Spartan Spin! The instructor was enthusiastic and was positive. I was pushed to get the most out of the ride, but also told to go at the pace I could. I am excited to go back and definitely recommend Spartan Spin to anyone looking to get some exercise and wants to do it in a fun and energetic atmosphere.

I did outdoor personal training with Lisa, and it was amazing. She was so open and provided a great workout plan after asking for what I was looking for. She provides a great balance of motivation, structure, and support. I was very nervous about going to my first ever personal training session, but Lisa could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend!

This runner is loving going to Spartan Spin classes. The first class humbled me but I didn't let it defeat me. Lisa is a great coach and instructor. Give it a try!
