James B. Stewart, PA

I had an office visit with Jim Stewart that was, well, scary and strange. It was the strangest office visit I've ever had with any medical 'professional'; it's in the top ten strangest moments of my life. Jim broke some bad news to me about my health, but the way he behaved was just bizarre, especially with a heavy topic such as that.nnNaturally I had some honest questions about the health problem he just told me about, which I asked in earnest with hat in hand. Even so, when I asked him (respectfully, earnestly) a question, he left his chair and stood inches from me with his face basically in my face. I was seated on the examining table, so I couldn't readily move. He was visibly angry and I still don't really understand why; he answered my question sardonically, with another question.nnJim stood within inches of me for the rest of our time in the examining room. I didn't have the guts to ask more than a few questions because it seemed like he'd get violent. It was pretty scary, and I am a fairly big man at roughly 230 pounds.nnJim Stewart was so filled with rage with such a short fuse that it seemed like maybe he would end up getting violent with me if I said the wrong thing. I still don't understand why he was mad and it was a truly bizarre situation.nnIt looks like James found work at another practice some time after my visit, but I'm surprised he's practicing at all.
