Dr. Deppen fixed my son's bilateral hernia and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and very good with my son. Surgery was much quicker than we thought. His office staff was very nice and helpful. Mclaren Great Lansing was absolutely wonderful. Every person that was going to be joining the surgery came and introduced themselves, and the nurse even gave him a stuffed bear. I highly recommend Dr. Deppen! Wonderful experience!

This surgeon did a hernia surgery on my relative using inferior mesh that failed. His callous office staff treated my relative very poorly, and Deppen was similarly uncaring and unprofessional. My relative had to have the surgery redone, causing financial and physical pain and permanent injury.

Dr. Deppen is clear, compassionate, and thorough. When I had post-surgery concerns he listened carefully, explained what was going on, setting my mind at rest. He even shared his own similar experience, which made a huge difference and gave me extra piece of mind.

Dr. Deppen is a great surgeon! He provides excellent care and has a wonderful bedside manner. It was easy to get an appointment and his staff was super accommodating working with my schedule.

Dr. Deepen is an excellent doctor I was treated with kindness and understand while under his care. His staff were just as kind and very attentive and helpful.
