Moe is absolutely amazing as a person and a business owner. I HIGHLY recommend buying a car from his lot. He is so accomodating and understanding. Nearly all of the staff were amazing. At some point during the sale we weren't happy with one of the salesmen; another associate (Jerry) noticed and we were treated with respect and well cared for even after the issue was handled. They have a large selection, amazing customer service, and welcoming team members. Go check out New Wheels Auto Sales if you're in the market for a used car

DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE . Unless u fully get an inspection first, these people will lie to you about anything and do anything they can to get the car in your hand I bought what I believe to be a nice car took it for an inspection and they literally told me it was 3000 dollars worth of things they had to fix in the car so I called new wheels auto and they said they will give me 150 dollars back. Life is crazy and this goes to show just what kinda business they run. Save yourself some money time AND DONT SHOP HERE TRUST MEnNow I own a Chrysler 300 from betten baker in Lansing, wish I could have went to. Betten baker the first time

Had a fantastic experience buying my car here. Was fast and easy, helpful without being pushy. Got a great deal on a great car!

My son bought a car from Mo the owner just recently. To be honest it was the biggest mistake I could have made. Bottom line Mo sold my son a lemon. The car had so many issues I had to trade it in. I also contacted Mo the owner to let him know the car had numerous issues, and I was hoping maybe he would work with me. No such luck. Overall I lost $4000 on the trade it. I would highly suggest if you are going to purchase a vehicle through these guys you do your homework. Take it to a certified mechanic at a minimum. If not, go to a certified dealership, and save yourself the headaches.

First week of owning had to put new brakes and calipers on all the way around vehicle, after they swore it was just lot rot. Warranty company called it a pre-existing condition no help to get it fixed.nnTook 2 months for them to finally replace the cracked windshield they agreed to fix before purchasenn3 months to the day of purchase, my transfer case threw a bearing, once again warranty company refused to help as did Moe and his crew. Contacted an attorney and started to file papers Jeremy his office manager sent a may note saying see me in court. Next thing I know they closed shop and skipped town ...
